Program Overview and Cost Breakdown

All Wheels Up is introducing a comprehensive Complaints Resolution Official (CRO) training program designed to equip staff with the necessary skills to effectively serve travelers with disabilities resolve complaints and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The training will focus on customer service best practices, conflict de-escalation, accessibility awareness, and compliance with industry regulations including 14 CFR Part 382, of The Air Carrier Access ACT (ACAA).

CRO Refresher Course — Virtual Webinar

  • 2–3-hour live webinar
  • Annual compliance updates
  • New case studies and regulatory changes
  • Q&A with accessibility experts
  • Price: $120 per participant
